Abstract Submission
The AOCNR 2025 Organizing Committee cordially invites researchers, clinicians, and professionals to submit abstracts for presentation at the congress.
All abstracts must be submitted online via the "Abstract Submission" portal at https://aocnr2025.com/. Submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts will be selected for either:
- Oral Presentation, or
- Poster Presentation
Accepted abstracts will be published in the official Congress Proceedings Book.
Each author may submit up to two (2) abstracts. The number of abstracts accepted will be determined based on scientific quality and availability within the conference program.

Acceptance Notification
An acceptance notification will be sent to you via E-mail.
Abstract Format
Abstract Structure
An acceptable abstract must include the following structured components:
Background | A statement of the hypothesis or research question. |
---|---|
Aim | The main objective or purpose of the study. |
Methods | An explanation of the study design and experimental methods used. |
Results | A concise summary of the major findings of the experiment or study. Sufficient data must be provided to permit evaluation by the reviewers and public reading of the abstract. Statements such as “the data will be discussed” are not acceptable. |
Conclusions | Summary of the overall findings and the importance of the study. |

Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in an ISBN-registered proceeding book. Additionally, participants who are interested will be given the opportunity to submit their full papers to one of the following journals:
