FAQ - REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
There are two main types of discounts:
- Personal Bundling Discount: for participants registering individually
- Group Bundling Discount: for participants registering as a group
- Registration must be done individually via www.aocnr2025.com
- Discounts apply only to workshop fees, not the symposium
- Age-based symposium discounts:
- 10% for participants aged 60 and above
- 15% for participants aged 70 and above
- Workshop discounts depend on the combination of workshop days and types
Workshop discount schemes:
- 5% off for 2 half-day workshops on the same day
- 10% off for 1 half-day workshop on Day 1 + 1 half-day on the final day
- 10% off for 1 half-day on Day 1 + 1 full-day on the final day
- 15% off for 4 half-day workshops (2 on Day 1 + 2 on the final day)
- 15% off for 2 half-day workshops on Day 1 + 1 full-day on the final day
No. Participants may only choose one type of discount, whichever is more beneficial.
- Medical Students are not eligible for workshop or group discounts
- No combined discounts are allowed (e.g., group + age-based)
This is a promotion for collective registration with the following structure:
- 5 participants: 5% discount
- 10 participants: 10% discount
- 15 participants: 15% discount (Discount applies to the symposium only)
No. Each participant is free to choose different workshop topics.
No. This promotion is available for a limited time only. We recommend registering early to take advantage of the offer.
Participants must upload a valid ID (passport or national ID) during registration to verify eligibility.
No. Group members can be from different institutions, as long as they complete the group registration process correctly.
